  • Founded by Chairman Bill Stelton, Technolux Corporation has been recognized as the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, smallwares, and laundry equipment since it began operations on June 15, 1975.
  • Steltz International was incorporated on June 30, 1988, with the primary mission of becoming the industry leader in the distribution, supply, and service of lighting requirements and other architectural solutions.
  • The Turf Company, established on July 26, 1989, is the leading distributor of premium turf maintenance equipment and irrigation systems in the Philippines, ensuring lush, well-maintained landscapes throughout the year.
  • Techno Holdings Corporation was incorporated in the Philippines on January 29, 1990. It serves as the main holding company that owns and operates several service-oriented businesses, providing world-class standards of service and efficiency to its customers.
  • HKR Equipment Corporation was founded on July 1, 1993, to supply quality kitchen equipment while cultivating strong partnerships within the Philippine food and beverage industry.
  • Bistro Americano Corp was incorporated on December 23, 1993, to prepare, open, and operate the first TGI Friday’s restaurant in the Philippines on December 11, 1994, which marked the beginning of casual dining in the country.
  • Finix was incorporated on August 14, 1995, to become the premier distributor of high-quality fitness equipment in the Philippines. It offers a diverse range of products, including cardio and strength training machines, functional training tools, accessories, sports surfaces, and playground equipment.
  • Karada Philippines was established on September 28, 2012. Karada is Japan’s most famous Seitai salon. “AP Balance Seitai” is the first technique in the world that focuses on stress control, muscle treatment, and bone alignment, which relieves body pain.
  • The Bistro Group was founded on February 6, 2014, and features a collection of international casual dining brands and homegrown concepts in the hospitality industry.
  • Miss Esthe is a Japanese Facial Skin care Expert founded in Matsuyama, Japan on 2009. Established in the Philippines on January 11, 2017, Miss Esthe merges the precision of Japanese beauty techniques with the warmth of Filipino estheticians.
  • Stelton Dermascience, established on July 18, 2019, is a premier aesthetic clinic offering the latest beauty trends and technological innovations.
Express Relief
  • Express Relief was established on March 14, 2025, to introduce a new wellness concept: a chair massage service that offers affordable, quality therapy to clients seeking quick relief for their aching bodies.
NORA Hair Salon
  • Nora Lab Philippines Corp. was incorporated on March 31, 2025, to establish a training venue that prepares staff and operates THC’s newly acquired franchise, Nora Japanese Hair Salon.
Phiten
  • THC Lifestyle Corp. was incorporated on April 1, 2025, to serve as Phiten Japan’s appointed distributor in the country. THC is also the designated operator of Phiten’s IP Salon in Manila – the first and only location outside of Japan.

WILLIAM A. STELTON

Visionary business leader

William “Bill” Stelton is the Chairman and CEO of Techno Holdings (THC), which he founded 35 years ago. It is a diversified group of companies engaged in selling and servicing a wide range of equipment and products to hotels, restaurants, fast food chains, golf clubs, resorts, and other facilities within the hospitality industry. In recent years, it has also ventured into health, beauty, and overall wellness. A visionary business leader, Stelton continuously steers the company towards impressive growth, making it the leader in its industry.

This year marks an extraordinary period for THC as the group embarks on an unprecedented phase of growth with an aggressive expansion plan for the next five years under his leadership. From the current number of 23 stores, THC plans to grow by at least 100% this year alone, expanding the group’s portfolio of brands and companies, which includes Steltz International, Turf, Finix, HKR, Karada, Miss Esthe, and Stelton Dermascience. This year also features its most recent franchises: Nora Japanese Salon, homegrown Express Relief, and Nora Lab, and it has been awarded the title of territory distributor for Phiten and operator of Phiten’s IP Salon.

Stelton is also the CEO and Chairman of The Bistro Group, the country’s leading restaurant operator with 25+ brands under its portfolio. During the last 30 years, it has grown by leaps and bounds, from the first TGIFridays he launched in 1994. He has been honored by TGIFriday’s Hospitality Worldwide with the prestigious Karl Davies Award, the highest recognition given to a franchisee for his passion, entrepreneurship and masterful execution of the franchise. Acknowledged as a trailblazer in the local casual dining scene, The Bistro Group continues to expand its footprint in the Philippines with its most recent acquisition of franchises of Morton’s The Steakhouse, LongHorn Steakhouse, Dave & Buster’s, and Fogo de Chao.

He is also at the helm of Bansalangin Properties, which owns and manages various commercial and residential properties. He continues to serve as President and Chairman of Technolux Corp, recognized as the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, smallwares, and laundry equipment, which he founded and has operated for the past 50 years.
